Refund & Returns Policy

At PetTun, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including:

• Used pet care products
• Opened or damaged products not caused by shipping
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.

If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
